An e-commerce site selling premium watches, eyewear, fragrance and leather wallets — built around three ordering channels tailored to Turkish buying habits, with a custom order tracking system.

In Turkey, card payment alone doesn't close the sale. A large share of buyers won't enter card details before seeing the product, and many prefer to order by simply messaging on WhatsApp. Standard e-commerce templates don't accommodate this: a card-only checkout means losing half your customers at the door. Worse, when cash-on-delivery and WhatsApp orders never enter the system, neither the seller nor the buyer can track where an order stands.
We built a flow where the same product page supports three paths to purchase: card payment via iyzico, cash on delivery with an address form, and handoff to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Whichever path the customer takes, the order enters the system and generates a unique tracking code (SP-XXXX) they can use to check shipping status on the site. Card details never touch the site — they're entered directly on iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant page. The full legal set was prepared: distance selling agreement, delivery and return terms, KVKK privacy policy. Facebook Pixel was set up for ad measurement, along with meta and Open Graph configuration for search visibility.
