Data Processing Notice

Pursuant to Art. 10 of the KVKK, Ekincy wishes to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data. This notice is a summary that can be referenced separately for the quote form and the chat assistant.
Quote Form Notice
The name, e-mail, phone, company name and project description you share in the quote form are processed to evaluate your request and contact you, based on pre-contractual relationship and legitimate interest. Your data is processed via Resend for e-mail notifications.
Chat Assistant Notice
Messages you type to the chat assistant are sent to the Google Gemini API to answer your questions. If you show interest, it may request information such as your name and e-mail so we can contact you; this is processed only if you choose to share it. Please do not enter special-category personal data into the chat.
